She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, individual tax consulting, and credit union fiduciary oversight.

She has served as Board Chair, Board Vice Chair, Board Treasurer, Supervisory Committee Secretary, Steering Committee Member and Elections Committee Chair.

Kym Coe-Shepard is the foundation’s Recording Secretary and a proud Air Force veteran who brings discipline, purpose, and professionalism to her role. With over 20 years of experience in finance at a major insurance carrier, she offers deep expertise in organizational operations, financial stewardship, and strategic reporting.

Holding both an MBA and an MHRM, she combines strong leadership with a passion for empowering others. A founding member since 2017, Kym remains dedicated to advancing the foundation’s mission and fostering meaningful community impact.

Juanita Wilson is a PHR-certified human resources professional who brings strategic, service-oriented leadership to her role within the federal government. With master’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Higher Education Administration, she combines her expertise in human resources with a diverse professional background in education, career development, and student success.

She is passionate about empowering others and remains dedicated to advancing education, leadership, professional development, and meaningful community impact.
